The "activation" section of the website is down for daily maintenance between 2:00 - 4:00 AM. Our DTA customer support is available between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday, closed on holidays.
